Our Approach
Personal, confidential and carried through to the result.
Personal, confidential and carried through to the result.
Every engagement follows the same five stages. The pace and depth vary with the household; the discipline does not.
01
Initial consultation
A conversation, in person or by call, about your household, your commitments and what is currently taking more of your attention than it should. There is no charge and no obligation. We use it to understand whether we are the right fit, and to tell you plainly if we are not.
02
Needs assessment
We map the people, properties, routines and recurring deadlines involved, and identify where support will make the most difference. We also note what must stay with you, and which matters require external professionals.
03
Service planning
We set out a written proposal: scope, responsibilities, routines, reporting and fees. Nothing begins until it has been agreed, and the plan becomes the reference point for everything that follows.
04
Implementation and coordination
We put the plan into effect, introduce any people involved, set up the records and start the routines. You have one named contact throughout, who coordinates the rest.
05
Ongoing review
We review the arrangement with you at agreed intervals, adjust scope as circumstances change, and keep records and reporting current so that the service continues to fit your life rather than the other way round.
What stays constant
- Personal
- The arrangement is designed around you, and adjusted as you change.
- Confidential
- Confidentiality is agreed before we begin and applies to everyone involved.
- Efficient
- Tasks are owned end to end, with clear timings and no loose ends.
- Long-term
- We aim to be useful for years, which shapes how we behave in the first week.
